"Good first impression, but verification was slow"
My first impression was good overall. The account did get verified in the end, but it took a little longer than I expected

"Support took forever to get back to me"
I had a problem with my account, support took way too long to reply. After waiting what felt like ages, I finally got an answer, but it wasn’t even that helpful. The site itself isn’t the worst, but the support side, definitely needs some work.

Making a deposit with my card was smooth and didn’t give me any trouble. The only thing is, when it came to payouts, the options felt a little limited in my opinion. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but I do think having a few more withdrawal choices would make the experience better.

I mostly use Bang Bet on my phone, it’s been easy for me so far. The pages load quickly, logging in doesn’t waste my time, and I don’t have to sit there figuring out where everything is like with some other apps. I haven’t had any major problems, so from my experience, I’m happy giving it 5 stars.

"and it’s okay, but the markets feel limited"
the site is fine overall, but the odds usually feel a little lower than I’d expect. I also noticed a few games I wanted to bet on weren’t available, so it ends up feeling limited. Not awful, just not something I’d rely on all the time

"I’ve only used it a few times so..."
I’ve only used it a few times so far, but the layout is simple enough that I didn’t have to go hunting around too much. The reminders that pop up are actually not bad either, which surprised me because those usually get annoying fast. I also found the time out option easily. The thing I probably appreciate most, though, is being able to set my deposit limit before I start playing, since it helps me keep things in check without making a big deal out of it.

"I’m not totally sure I feel..."
I’m not totally sure I feel comfortable trusting my account here. Something about the security just feels a bit off, and it makes me nervous using it.
